My husband ordered me a playing card frame, product is lovely and great quality however… husband got the wrong date on the playing card! I contacted the company by email and they have corrected his mistake and informed me they will dispatch the next working day. Great product and even better customer service. Even the Mock-up Brought Tears to my Eyes

I found this shop on Etsy while looking for a 1st year wedding anniversary gift (paper). It was a great way to incorporate our story with the traditional paper anniversary. Communication with the seller was great. A mock-up was sent before the final production and it was absolutely beautiful. I received the package timely and actually couldn’t hold it. I gave my spouse the gift before our actual anniversary, I was so excited to give it. Don’t hesitate buy the gift from them, you won’t regret it.

Just received my order and to say I am delighted with it is an understatement. It’s a frame family tree of grandchildren with their names. Ordering online was easy and straightforward and there’s a section where you can add additional notes. Delivery was very quick and the order was packed very securely. Firstly, I have to comment on the excellent service provided! I did not check my order correctly and my order was delivered to my old home address. I did not realise this initially and it was Alex’s very quick response to my query that highlighted the issue of my missing order. A call to my old neighbour and I’ve now picked up my order.
