Zinc Alloy Nameplate:

The branding nameplate on the front of the frame is securely attached during manufacturing but may become detached if forcibly picked or pulled. Detached nameplates create a small parts hazard that could pose a choking risk, particularly for young children.

Heavy Items: Larger or heavier products, such as solid wood frames or larger photo slates, can cause injury if they fall from a height or are not properly secured. Ensure these items are mounted securely or placed on stable surfaces, and avoid placing them in areas where children might interact with them.

Sharp Edges:

Additionally, the sharp edges may scratch delicate surfaces if the slate is not positioned securely on its accompanying stand.

Precaution: Always handle photo slates with care, avoiding direct contact with the edges. Use the provided stand to securely position the slate and protect underlying surfaces. When moving the slate, ensure it is lifted rather than slid across surfaces to avoid scratching.

Fragility:

Made from natural stone, photo slates are inherently fragile and can break or chip if dropped or subjected to strong impacts. Sharp fragments from broken slate may pose a risk of injury if not handled properly.

Precaution: Avoid dropping or striking the slate against hard surfaces. Handle the slate with both hands and ensure it is placed on a stable surface or securely mounted on its stand. In the event of breakage, wear gloves when collecting fragments and dispose of them safely to prevent injury.

Weight:

The weight of the slate, combined with its dimensions, may pose a risk of injury if it is mishandled or falls from a height. This is particularly important for larger slates, which can be more difficult to hold securely.

Precaution: Always lift the slate with both hands, ensuring a firm grip. When displaying the slate, place it on a sturdy surface or securely on the provided stand to prevent tipping or falls. Avoid placing slates on high or unstable surfaces where they may fall and cause injury.
